Terms of Use

mykitris.com and kitris.tv · As of: 26 August 2026 · English translation of the German original

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of mykitris.com, kitris.tv and the mykitris app. The provider is KITRIS Sports AG, Felsenhofstrasse 42, 8635 Dürnten, Switzerland.

By registering, you accept these terms. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

To create an account, you need a first name, last name, email address, a mobile number and a password. You confirm your mobile number via an SMS code, and your email address via a confirmation link. For purchases, we additionally require billing details – see Section 4.

The information provided must be accurate. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for everything that happens through your account.

If you are a minor, you need the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

You can delete your account at any time – under Profile, More, Delete account. This also removes any stored videos.

If you delete your account during an active Pro subscription, the remaining term expires immediately without refund.

Upon registration, you automatically receive the free Standard plan. What it includes and which upgrade is possible is set out in Section 3.

3. Subscriptions

The Standard plan is free of charge. Videos remain available for 14 days.

The Pro plan costs CHF 5.00 per month, or EUR 5.00 for customers residing in the EU. Videos remain permanently available for as long as the subscription is active, and additional features and storage are available. Current details can be found in the subscription overview on mykitris.com.

Term and cancellation

The Pro plan runs for 30 days at a time and renews automatically. You can cancel it at any time, effective at the end of the current period – under Profile, Subscriptions.

After cancellation, you are downgraded to the Standard plan. Videos older than 14 days at that point will be deleted. Please download anything you wish to keep. We will remind you of this when you cancel.

If a payment fails

If a payment cannot be processed, we will notify you by email and give you seven days to complete the payment manually or update your details. If payment remains outstanding, we will downgrade your account to the Standard plan; videos older than 14 days at that point will be deleted.

If a payment cannot be processed, we will inform you. If it remains outstanding, we will downgrade the account to the Standard plan; the consequences correspond to those of a cancellation.

4. Purchasing videos

Depending on the tournament or facility, recordings are available free of charge or for a fee.

Free recordings can be found directly in your account. The availability periods of your subscription apply – 14 days under the Standard plan.

Paid recordings can be purchased within 72 hours of being made available – this period begins once the video has been processed and made available for purchase, regardless of when you open the notification or log in. Afterwards, the offer is no longer available. The price is shown before purchase. For invoicing, we require your name, address and country of residence – the latter because digital services are taxed there.

The video is generally available to you immediately after purchase. In individual cases – for example, complete recordings from Public Mode – it must first be transferred and processed. Withdrawal is not possible after purchase.

We process payments through our payment service providers. Which one applies in a given case is set out in our Privacy Policy. You can find your proof of purchase in your account.

5. Use of video recordings

On courts equipped with the KITRIS video system, matches and training sessions can be recorded.

Recordings assigned to you can be viewed, downloaded and shared. They are intended for personal use. Commercial use requires our consent.

Sharing recordings

If you share a recording through our platform, or download it and pass it on by other means, you decide on its distribution. You are responsible for ensuring that the rights of the people shown are respected.

Please note that recordings may also show or include the audio of people who were not part of your session – for example, on adjacent courts or in the background.

If you wish to add a shared recording to your mykitris account, you must be authorized to do so. This is in particular the case if you yourself appear in it.

Uploading your own videos

With the Pro plan, you can upload your own videos to your mykitris account – for example rallies or training recordings. This allows you to collect all your videos in one place, together with the match videos from your tournaments. Uploaded videos are only visible to you; they are not published. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the uploaded video.

6. Recordings in Public Mode

On appropriately equipped courts, you can start a recording yourself. By doing so, you confirm that all people on the court have consented.

When starting the recording, you choose how long it should run – up to a maximum of the end of your court booking. The recording ends at that time, or earlier if you stop it yourself.

7. Coach function

If you hold a Coach subscription on mykitris.com, you can add players to your account. You use this information to send them recordings, check them in to a session, and operate the on-site display devices.

You warrant that you are authorized to add this information and have informed the individuals concerned.

Players who have not been checked in for twelve months are automatically removed.

8. What is not allowed

  • Creating accounts for other people without being authorized to do so
  • Requesting or claiming recordings without being authorized to do so
  • Uploading content that infringes third-party rights, violates the law, or is offensive
  • Sharing your login credentials
  • Automatically accessing or overloading our services
  • Circumventing protective measures

In the event of misuse, we may remove content and suspend accounts.

9. Availability

We strive for reliable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance work, disruptions, or third-party outages may cause interruptions.

Whether recordings are actually produced at a given tournament depends on the organizer and the technical conditions on site. There is no entitlement to a specific recording.

10. Liability

We are liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Beyond that, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

11. Changes

We may amend these terms. We will inform you by email about material changes. If you do not agree, you may delete your account.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Dürnten, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.

13. Governing version

This is an English translation of the German original ("Nutzungsbedingungen") provided for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy between the German and the English version, the German version shall prevail.
